If Dell Will Customs Brokers Inc. is preparing the U.S. Customs required E-Manifest entries for your company exclusively, it is not necessary to complete an ACE Application at this time.

However, if you are a carrier planning to use the CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) Portal to prepare your own E-Manifest entries, you must register for ACE/E-Manifest. Please follow this link to get a copy of an ACE Application.
